Tina contacted me well in advance of my fixed term coming to an end to advise me to get a new rate sorted as interest rates were about to go up.
Sure enough, rates did start to rise, but Tina had, by then, secured me an excellent rate, fixed five years, and with no fee from the new mortgage company.
